Possible Interview Questions
Take the time to become familiar with these possible interview questions. This will prepare you in having a successful interview. Some questions are from interviews I have conducted, others are from interviews in which I was being interviewed, and some have been found on the Internet, but the majority of these questions were submitted by Alabama school administrators.

- Are you familiar with the ACIP and its purpose?
- Share with me some strategic teaching strategies; before, during and after.
- What is Standard Based Instruction?
- Explain to me the different types of Assessment and how you would use them in your class (example, Formative, Summative Benchmarks, Progress Monitoring)?
